Amanda Welch
Senior Designer / CEO
Amanda Welch is the Senior Designer and CEO of Eleven-Seven Design, known for her vibrant Southern spirit and lifelong passion for creativity. Hailing from Lake City, South Carolina, Amanda’s journey in art began at Lake City Presbyterian Preschool, where her early finger-paint masterpieces were already filled with imagination, depicting worlds of undiscovered planets and warrior princesses. From these first artistic steps, Amanda’s natural talent and storytelling grew, shaping her into the design visionary she is today.
Amanda continued to cultivate her artistic talents at Winthrop University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. Her college years also honed her skills in other areas of “study”—from mini-golf tournaments to campus ping-pong matches. After graduating, Amanda launched her professional career in Myrtle Beach, where she began as a junior designer with Burroughs and Chapin. Her journey then took her to the creative team at Monster Coupon Book, immersing her in the fast-paced world of print design.
Seeking fresh challenges, Amanda moved to Chicago, embracing the “big city” lifestyle and landing a role as a creative print designer at Staples Corporate for Quill.com. Though adapting to Northern customs was occasionally humorous (Southern expressions like “fixin’ to” and “cattywompus” left her colleagues amused), Amanda’s work spoke volumes, making her a respected member of the design community.
After her Chicago chapter, Amanda returned to Myrtle Beach, where she met her future wife, Dani. Together, they channeled their shared vision into founding Eleven-Seven Design. Today, Amanda’s expertise and dedication are the backbone of the company, delivering innovative designs and creating lasting client relationships. Beyond work, Amanda treasures her Southern roots, brings energy to every project, and fosters a company culture of authenticity and creative excellence.
Danielle Welch
Marketing Specialist / Office Manager / CFO
Dani Welch is the Marketing Specialist and Office Manager at Eleven-Seven Design, known for her exceptional skills in strategy, organization, and her knack for making things happen. Beyond the office, Dani’s skills are regularly sharpened by the daily art of negotiating with her children on everything from school attire to bedtime routines, ensuring she always comes out on top. Her talent for balancing creativity with structure brings seamless efficiency to Eleven-Seven’s operations, setting the tone for productivity and excellence in the company’s approach to client work.
Dani’s journey into marketing began with a strong foundation in communications and business management, where she developed a keen sense for understanding clients’ needs and creating actionable strategies. Over the years, she’s honed her skills in various marketing roles, mastering the art of building and maintaining client relationships while supporting the team’s creative efforts. Her expertise includes crafting targeted campaigns, organizing company initiatives, and managing project deadlines with precision.
At Eleven-Seven, Dani wears many hats, from orchestrating day-to-day office functions to developing compelling marketing strategies that resonate with clients. She is the quiet force behind the company’s smooth operations, providing essential support to her partner, Amanda, and the entire team. Dani’s approach to work is grounded in a deep commitment to client success and a vision for helping the company grow while staying true to its core values.
Outside of work, Dani finds inspiration in family life, often channeling her creativity and organizational prowess into home projects and community activities. Her down-to-earth perspective, resilience, and dedication make her a beloved figure in the Eleven-Seven family and a key player in the company’s success. Sierra Pope
Junior Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager
Sierra Pope is the Junior Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager at Eleven-Seven Design, working closely with Senior Designer and CEO Amanda Welch. Sierra has been with the company since 2022, initially as an intern, and now plays a vital role in overseeing social media marketing for clients who have social media management in their packages.
Sierra’s passion for graphic design started in high school, where she was part of the Advantage Academy program, gaining hands-on experience with Adobe Suite. This early start allowed her to excel in her craft, landing her internships and client-facing projects, including custom designs for real-life clients. After high school, she pursued an associate degree in graphic design from Horry-Georgetown Technical College, earning membership in the National Scholars Honor Society for her academic excellence.
Her skill set spans across Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva, and more. Over the course of her career, Sierra has contributed to various projects, from designing layouts for preschools to helping local businesses develop marketing packages.
Dedicated and detail-oriented, Sierra approaches her work with a focus on delivering high-quality results, seeking guidance through prayer, and striving to exceed client expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing and painting, and values spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
